Boudoir is personal. You are trusting me with your body, your story, your photographs, and sometimes parts of yourself you have spent years learning to accept.
That trust matters deeply to me.
From the moment you book until your final photographs are delivered, your comfort, boundaries, privacy, and emotional safety are treated with care.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before you begin.
You will never be pressured to wear something, pose in a way, or reveal more than feels right to you.
Before and throughout your session, we can talk openly about your comfort level, insecurities, physical limitations, privacy concerns, and anything you would prefer to avoid.
You are allowed to change your mind. You are allowed to ask questions. You are allowed to say no.
Your session is a collaboration—not something being done to you.
Most of the women I photograph have never modeled and arrive feeling nervous about posing.
You do not need to know how to move your body, where to place your hands, or what expression to make. I guide you through each pose from your fingertips to your toes, demonstrating movements and making adjustments along the way.
My job is not to judge your body.
My job is to understand it, guide it, and photograph you in a way that feels powerful, beautiful, and authentically yours.
Your photographs will never be shared publicly without your permission.
You decide whether your images may be displayed on my website, social media, advertising, studio samples, or anywhere else. Choosing to keep your photographs completely private will never affect the care you receive or the quality of your experience.
Some women proudly share everything. Some approve only anonymous images. Others keep every photograph entirely private.
Every choice is respected.
No photograph is worth violating a woman’s trust.
Your session takes place inside my private Columbus, Indiana studio.
Sessions are scheduled intentionally so that you are not being photographed in front of strangers or moving through a crowded commercial environment.
The studio door remains secured during your session, and only the people involved in your experience are present.
This is your space to breathe, let your guard down, and be fully supported.
Professional hair and makeup are designed to help you feel polished, confident, and camera-ready—not disguised.
You are welcome to communicate your preferences, sensitivities, and comfort level with your artist. Whether you prefer soft and natural or bold and glamorous, your final look should still feel like you.
Cleanliness and professional sanitation practices are expected throughout your preparation.
Every final photograph receives professional editing and retouching.
Temporary blemishes, bruises, distractions, and minor skin concerns may be softened while preserving the texture, shape, and character that make you recognizable.
My goal is not to erase your body or digitally rebuild you into someone else.
You deserve photographs that feel elevated and beautiful while still looking like the woman who walked into my studio.
You do not need to be transformed into someone else to be worthy of beautiful photographs.
Anything you share about your body, health, relationships, personal history, insecurities, or reasons for booking is treated respectfully and confidentially.
You are never required to explain more than you feel comfortable sharing.
Information that helps me photograph you safely—such as mobility limitations, injuries, sensitivities, or accommodations—is used only to support your experience.
Your story is yours. I am simply honored when you trust me with a piece of it.
You are not expected to arrive fearless.
You are not expected to love every part of your body.
You are not expected to perform confidence for me.
You only need to show up as you are.
I will meet you there—with guidance, respect, honesty, and more than seventeen years of experience photographing real women through motherhood, aging, weight changes, healing, and seasons of becoming themselves again.
