By booking a boudoir session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into an agreement.

Client photographs are not shared publicly without the applicable permission or model release.
Clients remain in control of whether their photographs may be displayed by Marmalade Boudoir, subject to the permissions selected or granted in their signed documents.
